Job Description:

• Installing and updating operating system, software and hardware on servers and workstations.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance, availiability and security issues.
• Implementing backup and recovery strategies and procedures.
• Documenting system configurations, policies and procedures.
• Installing and configuring Wintel servers and workstations, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DCHP, ISS, WSUS.
• Installing and configuring middlewear components and application that include Docker, MSSQL, WebSphere Liberty, IBM PA.
• Advising and supporting on system and architecture design and troubleshooting.
• Support and resolve application incident by checking system logs and follow up with software suppor.

Requirements:

• Experience in scripting languages like Perl, Python, Bash, Powershell, VB Script.
• Knowledge of SAN,NAS & Backup.
• Relevant certificate in ITIL, MCSE, DFS, NPS, GPO, AD, II, IAT.
• Knowledge of multiple clustered environments.
• Knowledge of Wintel security best practices.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

• Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and security of IT systems and networks.

Job requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, DFS, NPS, PKI, GPO, AD, II, IAT, etc.
