Job Responsibilities:

• Be the liaison officer between vendor, internal stakeholders, and residents to coordinate and establish defects rectification works.
• Track and follow up on rectification schedules to ensure that works are delivered timely, and residents are promptly informed.
• Maintain existing database and perform data extraction/ analysis for regular reporting.
• Manage customer's enquiries and feedback and escalate to the relevant parties where needed.
• Participate in meetings to provide inputs and data where required.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Period:

• 1 year contract

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am – 6pm

Salary:

• up to $3000 + completion bonus

Requirements:

Job Description

Responsible for full spectrum HR function with staff strength ~300 looking after the following:

• Competent in full spectrum of HR duties and responsibilities.

• Oversee the HR team and implement HR initiatives including human capital, people management, talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation and staff benefits.

• Design and structure programs, policies, and procedures to ensure existing HR practices comply with the Employment legislation.

• Liaison between Union and Management

• Manage employee relations, employee engagement activities, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.

Requirements

· Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply

• Minimum of 6 years of HR and administrative management experience

• Team and people management experience

• Full spectrum HR function supporting company staff strength of ~300

• Good knowledge of MOM guidelines and Employment Laws
