It involves close collaboration with key stakeholders on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and knowledge management. Hiring Strategies:
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Align hiring processes with business needs and organizational goals.
- Leverage data analytics to refine recruitment methods and enhance the candidate experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with department heads and stakeholders, including the Ministry of Education (MOE), to understand workforce requirements and plan hiring activities.
- Collaborate on workforce planning to ensure a balanced and sustainable talent pipeline.
- Support hiring managers with insights to make informed recruitment decisions.
Recruitment and Selection:
- Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace that promotes long-term satisfaction and growth.
Employee Onboarding & Retention:
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Transformation and Improvement Projects:
- Lead or contribute to HR transformation and improvement initiatives, aimed at optimizing talent acquisition processes.
- Implement tools and technology to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
HR Operations:
- Manage WICA and Work Pass applications
- Regularly review and update SOPs for relevance and compliance.
Ad-hoc Hosting Events:
- Host and represent the organization for external gusts and visitors when required.

Requirements
- A good Degree in HR or any discipline.
- Candidates should have 2-3 years supervisory experience.
- People-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Abreast with current employment legislations and HR practices.
