The Strategy Manager conducts research and analysis in their areas of responsibility to understand the market situation, its’ competitive landscape, customer needs, and UPS capabilities. He/She develops an understanding of UPS offerings and capabilities and external factors which impact UPS strategies. The Strategy Manager conducts detailed MCCU (Market, Competitor, Customer, and UPS) assessments. In addition to the business unit(s) and/or functional strategies, he/she supports the monitoring of key strategic initiatives. He/She supports Healthcare initiative(s) in globally.

Job Responsibilities

• Research UPS’s internal offerings and capabilities and their position relative to key competitors in the respective markets to identify strengths and weaknesses
• Assesses the primary external factors and how they will affect UPS’s ability to reach designated goals.
• Analyzes and forecasts future key competitor actions to understand future competitive challenges
• Manages project lifecycles, including project scope, resources, schedule, initiation, start-up/design, building, and deployment to see projects from beginning-to-end
• Forwards project documents to stakeholders to obtain sign-off, agreement on project cost, and needed resources
• Develops project plans (i.e., detailed plan, milestones, and work breakdown structures) and assigns tasks to resources to ensure that the project will be completed on time and according to specifications
• Ensures affected functions or groups are identified and works with them to negotiate process changes, ownership of processes, and to manage project impact
• Designs and implements communication plans to ensure those affected by projects are informed and updated

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Strategy or relevant fields

The Deputy M&E Manager (Buildings) is responsible for leading the M&E Coordinators and Supervisors in the planning, coordination and effective installation of M&E services based on project scope and requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that all provision requirements as specified in tender documents are fully met.
• Liaise with statutory agencies, client, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors and project site operation team to facilitate installation works and progress on site.
• Identify key design and delivery issues / solutions or risks. Resolve any technical or design related issues with the relevant stakeholders in a prompt and effective manner.

• Conduct market research and network to identify business opportunities in the Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) sector, with primary focus on Cooling-as-a-service (CaaS) business

Job Responsibilities

The Team

Banking as a service is growing team; focused on core Product, Product development and E-Commerce commercialization. The team manages the end-to-end product management and development process from concept formation to strategy, business requirement, design and development, pilot launch, global rollout, and commercialization.

The Position

Banking as a Service(BaaS) Product Manager – Asia N & S. The Product Manager is a full-time, dedicated position reporting to the Payer ID Global Product Head.

Responsibilities:

• To own, deliver and manage specific product services that are being built as part of Payer ID Engine rollout in the cluster.
• Partner with clients on key issue management, process improvement and development opportunities.
• Redesign and implement services to minimize and eliminate friction to enable digital commerce flows. Work with Technology partners on optimization of present processes.
• Manage Payer ID Engine rollout in the cluster.
• Work with key stakeholders to manage Product related requirements for clients.
• Partner with key stakeholders from AML, Compliance, Sanctions & Legal.

This role is responsible for managing IT expenses with estimated amount of SGD 200 million annually, as well as overseeing a workforce across 11 countries in the APAC region, with Singapore serving as the Regional Office.
