Our client is a well-established leading independent Project Management company who has been delivering world class workspaces for globally renowned corporate occupiers for nearly 30 years.
With an enviable track record of delivery, they have successfully project managed over 1000 projects around the globe. Priding themselves on integrity, honesty, and transparency they have a loyal and growing client base, which has led to the need for adding new talent to the team who share their values and ethics.
They are now looking to hire an additional Project Manager to join their dynamic team and be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspect of commercial fit out projects ensuring successful completion within time and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities include:
· The planning, coordination, and management of all project phases from inception to completion.
· Taking the lead of developing project plans, schedules, and budgets to fully ensure alignment with the client’s requirements and the company’s very high standards.
· Collaborate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives and goals are met.
· Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
· Utilise project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimise efficiency and productivity.
· Manage and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving any issues that could impact successful delivery of the project.
· Proactively communicate project status and milestones to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
· Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
· Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to enhance project outcomes and future business opportunities.
Requirements:
· Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field. A PMP certification would be a plus.
· A proven track record of 5 years successful commercial fit out project management experience in Singapore. Any regional exposure would be advantageous.
· Demonstratable experience of leading commercial fit our projects from inception to completion and delivering on time and withing budget.
· Exceptional project leadership skills to ensure everyone stays aligned on meeting project goals.
· Highly commercial mindset and the ability to execute on opportunities for cost saving or revenue generation.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with both internal and external stakeholders, irrespective of level.
· A result’s driven mindset combined with the willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results.
· Feels comfortable working under pressure and working to tight timescales.
· Highly proficient in project management software and tools.
