• Source for opportunities for external bookings of shared facilities (e.g.

concerts, workshops, conferences, events) and facilitate bookings of

both schools and external parties;

• Provide logistic support for external events and programmes;

• Supervise a team of cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of the campus

and their training and development;

• Liaise with contractors on estate maintenance and improvement works;

• Liaise with external hirers on their bookings, usage and payment;

• Coordinate the bookings for both schools and external hirers;

• Coordinate with both schools on the campus finance matters (annual

budget and expenditure expenses, fixed assets of campus) and update

School Leaders on the income and expenses pattern on a quarterly

basis;

• In unforeseen health and safety events, the individual must be able to

perform the duties of a Safe Management Officer and is able to plan,

coordinate and implement the prescribed Safe Management Measures

based on legal requirements.
