Procurement and Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement and Contracts Manager to join one of Asia’s largest real estate developers. Reporting to Director, Contracts, the successful candidate will lead a team of 4 to 5 people. He/she will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of contracts and tender processes for key development projects, ensuring that contractual agreements are executed efficiently and in accordance with legal and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the pre-tender, tender, and contract administration phases for development projects, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
