The HR Officer with HRIS and Payroll Experience will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including HRIS management, payroll processing, employee records management, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on Singapore labour law, HRIS, and payroll.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) and payroll software.

Job Description:

• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Generate payroll twice a month for employees using payroll software based on the attendance sheets.
• Responsible for the arrangement of recruitment of employees, handling on-boarding and off-boarding of workers, including interviewing, signing of the contract, and updating of hiring ads.
• Attend to inquiries from employees and resolve MOM/employee-related issues to ensure smooth support from HR.
