Role Overview:
The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of digital platforms that enhance the customer experience across online insurance purchasing, self-service, and claims management. • Strong understanding of insurance products and customer journeys (sales, service, claims).
• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, and API platforms (e.g., Postman).
• Certified Agile Scrum Product Owner (preferred).
