Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Coordination

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

• Create recruitment materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns to promote job opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Interview and train new staff
Communicate with Chef on guests’ requirements, and always maintain a close and professional working relationship with the kitchen
Assist in weekly scheduling of employees according to the labour guidelines and fluctuation in sales
Develop and review new and existing work processes and procedures in accordance with process improvement reviews
Propose to management on the initiatives for continuous improvement within the outlet
Analyse workplace performance and processes to identify opportunities for innovation, improved work practices and utilisation of emerging technology
Perform audit on staff adherence with the organisation's personal, food and beverage hygiene standards
Formulate SOP and implement the system and policies for efficient operations
Perform audit on staff adherence to the organisation's food waste management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Perform audit on staff's compliance with the organisation's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures
Perform audit on staff adherence to legislative requirements pertaining to handling and consumption of alcoholic beverages
Analyse current customers' profiles and preferences to provide targeted recommendations
Maintain a close and professional relationship with regular clientele
Deploy customer service standards within the outlet to drive organisation's customer experience goal
Recommend initiatives to minimise customer service performance gaps

About The Role

As Assistant Manager/Manager, Procurement in ALPS, you will be based at hospital, assist the site lead, supervise a team and work closely with hospital users and ALPS vendors to support in the hospital’s daily operations for patient’s care.

The incumbent will be based in one of the Public Health Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the procurement team in executing the various Tenders/Request for proposals/Quotations to achieve Department KPI.
• Lead and guide logistic team in daily operation of supply management to hospitals.
• Implement the group procurement policy, processes and guidelines, ensuring that they are up-to-date, striking a balance between governance and efficiency.
• Guide and ensure internal stakeholders are able to understand and complying with guidelines.
• Develop strategic sourcing strategies that will support and add value to the functional area.
• Review all procurement activities within Hospital to meet audit's requirement and to minimize risks.
• Anticipate/address pitfalls in procurement process and implement effective measures to mitigate the risks.

• Build relationships with key suppliers and to address supplu/performance issues effectively.
