You will be a core member of the procurement team who is responsible for upholding proper procurement governance in NEA and achieve best value for our purchases. You will ensure that government and NEA procurement policies and guidelines are applied accordingly and maintain high standard of integrity and transparency throughout the procurement value-chain.

• Organize workflow and ensure that officers understand their duties and delegated tasks
• Set goals for KPI and deadlines in accordance to the project timeline to ensure project’s success
• Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance expectations and goals
• Manage escalated cases and maintain public relations including any complaints
• Provide assistance, guidance, and coaching support to officers to meet KPI
• Assess work performance of officers and identify areas that need improvement
• Monitor and provide project status report to manager
• Ensure officers understand the survey objectives

Job Description:

• Cash Flow Management - Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts to manage liquidity and ensure adequate working capital for trade finance operations
• Working Capital and Cost Analysis - Analyse working capital efficiency and monitor the costs of trade finance instruments, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Trade Transaction Profitability - Assess profitability by trade transactions or clients, producing reports that detail revenue, costs, and net margins. Manage and review complete monthly financial accounts.
• Prepare consolidation financial reports and liaise with the external auditor.
• Prepare the financial statements for the group.
• Respond to accounting-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform other general accounting duties assigned to the accounting team.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
