Roles and Responsibilities

Candidates are expected to:

• Assist with work pass applications and ensure timely renewal of work passes
• Compute overtime for shift-based employees
• Update daily, weekly and monthly attendance report
• Assist with phone interviews and schedule face-to-face interviews where necessary
• Verify and submit (on behalf) employees' leave applications and reimbursement claims
• Ensure monthly payroll is performed in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

A successful candidate will possess:

• Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years Human Resource experience, preferably with info-tech experience

Qualifications/requirements:

· Degree in Human Resource Management or Business or related field

· At least 3 years of experience in HR operations in Singapore
