The Role

Successful candidate will be participating in the implementation of new projects and providing day to day operational support of IT systems.

Key accountabilities

• Maintain and support new/ existing IT systems

• Ensure smooth running of the applications and resolve issues raised on a timely manner.

• Manage the change control process for the IT systems and ensure smooth implementation of system changes.

• Gather and analyze user requirements and propose the relevant solutions.

• Maintain and update the various documentation (e.g. requirements specifications, user guides) for the IT systems.

• Responsible for enhancing the information security awareness of employees in overseas regions and developing security training plans;
• Responsible for overseas compliance construction, such as data security compliance, personal privacy compliance, etc., and developing an annual information security audit plan.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should be a seasoned information security manager with:

• Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
• With minimum of 10 years of work experience and at least of 3 years’ experience in team management.
• Establishment of the ISO27001/NIST/ information security system.
• Proficient in security technologies in various fields, such as endpoint security, vulnerability management, application security, etc.
• Certification in the Information security, risk management, preferably.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

This is a fixed term contract (with an external employment agency) renewable on a yearly basis.

• Managing Learning & Development (L&D) programs as well as talent management activities including registration, administration and logistic/ venue arrangements
• Support ASIA flagship talent development programs including nominations, working with external partners etc.
• Work with global teams to support transversal topics related to TDI
• Coordination with regional Employee Resource Groups on DEI related topics
• Support the development of training materials
• Manage training communication plans
• Planning and scheduling trainings
• Processing L&D related invoices
• Complete special projects as assigned
  

Profile required

Academic Background and Certifications, Experience:

• Previous experience in Learning & Development is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office (In particular, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Proactive and responsible personality, with strong attention to detail
• Team player with a keen learning attitude
• Able to act in a confidential manner when handling sensitive information.

Job Description:

• Compilation and analysis of management reports for weekly cash flow report
• Support month-end consolidation close process for Best Estimates and Actuals. This includes data loading and validation, posting of consolidation journals, and preparation of management reports.
• Review country inputs, including query on missing information and/or significant variances as part of the close process.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting packs as required
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and annual budgeting exercise

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Knowledge in HFM, Hyperion (Essbase) and SAP an added advantage
• Working knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage due to exposure to China market
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline
• Able to handle tasks independently
• Good analytical skill, with an eye for detail
