Responsible for Windows servers, AD, DHCP, DNS and GPO implementation and maintenance.
Responsible for insuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the client’s environment. This includes the installation, maintenance, and management of all system related technologies such as VMware, backup, patch management, anti-virus rollout/support/monitoring.
Perform cloud technology administration on platforms such as AWS, Azure, Office365, etc.
The Engineer is responsible to assist in the development of company policies and procedures to support operations, security, and integrity.
Responsible for performing system generation, tuning, configuration, upgrades, performance management, disaster recovery, network troubleshooting, end-user support and usage reporting as required.
This position is responsible to work with all technology team member to insure proper design of system architecture.
Analyses existing customer system infrastructure and identify potential enhancements to sustain and improve optimization and performance.
Perform MS Windows 2008/2012/2016 and health checks.
Create and maintain documentation, report generation/customization.
Provides clear oral and written communication.
Maintains high quality customer service to customers.
Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science Engineering in relevant discipline.
ITIL, MCSE/MCSA certification or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in supporting and implementing IT infrastructure.
Strong consultancy and interpersonal skills.
Good technical/engineering/development practice.
Hands-on system design and/or configuration experience with Microsoft Technologies, VMware, Backup Software and Cloud Technologies.
Experience in VMware server virtualization and administration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Server OS Roles and Features is required.
Well rounded technologist willing to learn and understand networking, middleware, storage, backup/restore, automation, system and security.
Experience planning and developing support processes and adhering to best practices
Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Hardware support: technical diagnosis and coordination with OEM vendors for repair of defective hardware for a variety of devices including desktops/laptops/workstations, mobile devices, tablets, meeting room equipment, printers etc.
• IMACD: physical installations, moves, adds, changes, and de-installs for a wide variety of supported hardware devices including desktops/laptops/workstations, mobile devices, tablets, meeting room equipment, printers and etc. and supported software
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams to resolve issues with network, servers or other infrastructure devices or services that impact the normal work of end users
• Support hardware and software changes (e.g. hardware device change/refresh, system upgrade/migration, patch update, etc.) for end users
• Provide smart hand support for all kinds of hardware such as printers, servers, network devices, backup devices, meeting room equipment, scientific devices etc.
• Deployment services for large-scale efforts include asset auditing and discovery, project support, image integration, on-site installation, user self-installation, migration, and asset recovery governed with full project status and reporting

Requirement:

• 3 years of deskside support experience (MNC support experience is preferred)
• Experience in using ServiceNow is preferred
• Good deskside support technical skills and basic infrastructure knowledge
• Good communication and coordination skills
• English reading/writing/speaking skills (for non-English speaking countries)

Key Responsibilities:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Risk Manager to join our team and contribute to the management of IT and cybersecurity risks across our organization. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our information and technology systems by supporting the Infrastructure Risk and Control function within the broader Cyber Risk Management operations. You will play an active role in shaping and implementing risk management processes that align with our regulatory requirements and risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Management & Compliance: Support the Infrastructure Risk and Control function by ensuring that technology, information, and cybersecurity risks are managed and controlled effectively across various business units, consistent with the firm’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Gap Assessment & Risk Identification: Plan and conduct thorough gap assessments throughout the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) to identify and evaluate potential risks. Assess existing controls, identify mitigating strategies, and measure the residual risk.
• Policy & Standards Compliance: Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive adherence to cybersecurity, information, and technology policies and standards. This includes monitoring compliance and recommending adjustments when necessary.
• Risk Reporting & Control Effectiveness: Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing cybersecurity controls. Prepare and deliver regular risk and control reports to senior management, identifying key audit findings, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Training & Awareness Programs: Conduct cybersecurity awareness programs, including staff training on policies, standards, and best practices. Lead initiatives such as phishing simulation campaigns, awareness newsletters, and training sessions to increase security awareness throughout the organization.
• Coordination with Risk Functions: Liaise with other internal risk management functions to ensure a unified and cohesive approach to risk and audit management across the enterprise.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
• Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in IT cybersecurity risk management, risk implementation, and governance. This includes practical experience in IT risk assessments, vendor risk assessments, audit processes, and managing operational risk issues.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk frameworks and standards such as NIST, COBIT, ITIL, and other relevant frameworks. Experience in applying these frameworks to real-world scenarios is essential.
• Risk Assessment & Remediation: Hands-on experience conducting IT risk assessments for in-house developed applications, commercial off-the-shelf products, and Cloud platforms. Ability to recommend and drive remediation efforts based on assessment findings.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports, presentations, and communicate complex cybersecurity issues to stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders and drive changes to improve risk management processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSK, or CGEIT would be highly desirable.
• Additional Experience: Experience in conducting risk assessments on both traditional IT environments and modern Cloud-based systems will be considered an advantage.

• Pre-Procurement and Evaluation: Prepare pre-procurement documents and conduct technical evaluations of quotations from vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical design and programming.
