Job Responsibilities

Project Leadership and Management

• Lead and plan technical deliverables that meet project requirements within the allocated budget and schedule.

• Oversee and coordinate technical implementation activities across project teams, ensuring smooth production cutover and post-implementation support.

• Serve as the escalation point for the project team, addressing critical project issues and facilitating smooth execution.

• Provide hands-on guidance to ensure the project teams build enhancements according to the solution plan.

Technical Delivery and Risk Management

• Plan, monitor, and manage risks/issues related to technical project delivery, providing L3 support as needed.

• Collaborate across different domain application teams to manage technical and security-related dependencies of the solution.

• Partner with Architects, Security, Suppliers to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards.

• Work with Security teams to facilitate completion of penetration testing and remediation of findings.

• Partner with suppliers and testers to ensure the successful completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing with quality results. Stakeholder Collaboration and Financial Oversight

• Partner with Program/Project Managers, Business Analysts, Suppliers to collate, understand, and finalize functional and technical requirements.

• Provide systems input during the specification phase (e.g., effort estimates, highlevel delivery plan) based on impact assessments.

• Engage with suppliers, conduct RFQ/RFI processes, and ensuring timely, high quality product deliveries.

• Manage project financials and budgeting, ensuring alignment with the financial goals of multiple projects.

• Provide regular status updates on technical delivery and escalate issues affecting the project schedule, proposing workarounds or resolutions.

• Ensure project documentation is completed according to industry and organizational standards.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computing or related discipline to support job requirements.

• At least 7 years of experience in Program/Project management under a Project Delivery.

• Experience in project management, business analysis, business process reengineering.

• Self-driven, able to work independently with good multi-tasking skills to drive multiple projects concurrently.

• Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

• Well versed with request for Tender/Request for Proposal/Quotation process and standards (e.g., RFQ specification, issuance of RFQ up to award of RFQ which includes contract negotiations and finalization).

• Strong client management and interaction experience.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills including conflict resolution skills.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, meticulous with attention to details.

• Ability to identify and improve on work & process inefficiencies.

• Proficient in MS Project, Confluence, JIRA.

• Proficient with SDLC, AGILE methodologies.

• End to end implementation of any of the following in a Financial Services Industry would be an advantage:

o Cloud related solutions

Job Responsibilities

• Design and execute the standardization of workplace and infrastructure solution across the group, taking into consideration industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Implement and manage workplace technology solutions including end users’ devices, telephony, collaboration and office productivity tools, managed print. These will include the focus on Microsoft 365 suite, including emerging technologies like Microsoft Co-Pilot.

• Implement and manage network infrastructure such as WAN, Enterprise LAN, firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, remote access and other network enabling technologies and applications.

• Implement and manage the Service Desk to handle service requests and incidents.

• Drive workplace technology and infrastructure service recovery to reduce system downtime and impact to internal users and external customer.

• Track service providers SLAs.

• Experimentation and recommendation of new workplace technologies. Keep abreast with technology development in the industry and regulators.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a combination of relevant professional experience.

• More than 5 year’s relevant working experience in managing Workplace Technology and infrastructure. Financial services industry experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in implementing and managing Microsoft infrastructure (i.e. Microsoft 365), including Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, SCCM, end point management tools.

• Familiar with WAN routing protocols, QOS, COS and experienced with Telco’s business and operations and network protocols like DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN.

• Relevant certifications in Workplace Technology and Networking preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong technical, analytical and engineering competencies with hands-on experience in managing workplace and infrastructure environments.

• Customer and service centric and able to communicate concisely and clearly with non-IT-savvy users.

• Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the group IT systems.

Maintain and update existing group systems in accordance with established processes and standards.

Provide reliable and efficient local support for the office, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Main Mission

1. Update and maintain the existing group systems, ensuring they are in line with appropriate processes and standards.

2. Provide local support for the office, which consists of approximately 40 people.

3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuity of services.

4. Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the company's IT infrastructure.

5. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.

6. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Skills, professional experience

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.

Proficiency in system administration tasks such as resources deployment, system updates, and troubleshooting.

Salary Range : $3500 to $4500 with monthly mobile reimbursement claim max up to $80 and Corporate Grab transport account for travelling related to work purpose.

Qualification training shall be provided as necessary to attain competency to deliver job responsibilities.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct 3rd party audits to assess organizations' Information Security Management System and related Statement of Applicability (SoA) for conformity with ISO/IEC 27001 and in strict compliance with GIC's Code of Ethics and established audit procedures
• Conduct other related Information Security, Cybersecurity, Data Protection audits – ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, CSA Cyber Essentials mark, CSA Cyber Trust mark, IMDA Data Protection Trust mark, GDPR Compliance audits, Second Party IT audits
• Conduct Information Security, Cybersecurity, Data Protection trainings/workshops/seminars
• Manage the entire audit process from planning, conducting, reporting, and following up on the assigned audits.
• Support in technical review of audit reports and technical advice to Sales Team and Certification Team as and when required.

Job Qualifications / Requirements:

• Possess a professional degree in Computer Science/Information Security/Cybersecurity or related fields to Information Technology
• At least two years are in a role or function relating to information security/Cybersecurity
• Successfully completed a Lead Auditor Course in ISO/IEC 2700 Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Having completed training courses in Singapore PDPA Fundamentals/Practitioner and holding industry certifications like CISA, CIPM, CISSP will be advantageous
