Job Scope
1. Create graphic designs for the company's brand image, advertisements, and promotional materials, ensuring the design style aligns with the overall company image.
2. Participate in and take responsibility for the design of various online and offline promotional materials, including posters, brochures, exhibition materials, social media images, and videos, providing static, dynamic, illustrations, and various types of presentation materials for brand public relations.
3. Work closely with the product design and brand teams to understand and meet their visual communication needs.
4. Develop and maintain the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency and professionalism across various platforms.
5. Monitor the progress of design projects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality results.
6. Stay updated on design trends, provide innovative design concepts, and continually innovate and improve design work.
7. Ensure the legal copyright of design works, comply with relevant regulations, and adhere to company policies.
Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in graphic design, visual communication, art design, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years or more of relevant experience in graphic design, with preference given to those with experience in the internet industry or global brands.
3. Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
4. Possess excellent design sense and creativity, with the ability to translate concepts into visual works.
5. In-depth understanding of design and colour, capable of creating eye-catching, unique, and professional design pieces.
6. Familiar with design specifications for both print and digital media, able to adapt design work for different media.
7. Strong time management and project management skills, able to work efficiently within deadlines.
8. Familiar with brand design and identity design principles, capable of maintaining brand consistency.
9. Knowledgeable about copyright law and intellectual property protection, ensuring the legality and standardization of design works.
