You will be a member of the Group Information Security Team responsible for ensuring that IT solutions are developed and designed with security inbuilt.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide security consultancy, technical guidance, expertise, solutions, and education for the enterprise.

• Advise IT application and infrastructure teams on application and infrastructure security design that is relevant and fit for purpose.

• Align security architecture frameworks and standards with business strategies and functions. Maintain Cyber risk management framework and perform assessment of applications for emerging areas like cloud security, machine learning etc.

• Advise and review application security design to detect potential security issues and for each issue, propose and drive remediation tasks. Develop application security blueprints. Propose and/or develop training courses to advance developers’ security knowledge.

• Advise and review security by design concepts in Cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure Cloud.

• Advise and review the compliance of integrating security tools and processes into the DevOps pipelines.

• Advice and review the adherence to security requirements for low code platforms.

• Perform threat modeling on security-critical applications. Keep up to date on emerging security threats and vulnerabilities on new platforms adopted by the SIA Group. Define scope and review the results of security tests, reviews, and audits to ensure security assurance is achieved.

• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Any relevant ad-hoc duties.

• Review RFP proposal compliance with security requirements.

• This is an individual contributor role. Strong communication skills are required.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or related fields, with at least 7 years in information security, especially in the application security space.

• Professional security certifications (CISSP, CSSLP, CEH, CCSP, etc.) preferred.

• Technical proficiency in one or more of the following security areas: network design, zero trust, Internet of Things, cryptography, etc.

• Strong in-depth working knowledge of secure application development techniques. Secure by Design. Secure source code review. Prior experience with any of the following tools: Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security (DAST), and Software Composition Analysis (SCA).

• Strong understanding of Agile, DevSecOps, OWASP Top 10, and securing cloud platforms, such as AWS and GCP. Familiar with common web/mobile application vulnerabilities and technical knowledge to address and mitigate vulnerabilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of working experience with Coiled Tubing equipment.
• Knowledge of Coiled Tubing Well Control Equipment
• Business systems knowledge and experience with Maximo, MT Ecosystem, QUEST, SAP
• Global Engineering Management software (GEMS), product lifecycle management application
• Experience with obsolescence opportunities, management, and product strategies to end of production and support.
• Experienced in coordinating with DNV, ABS or other regulatory company.
• Ability to author technical papers and client presentations.
• Ability to develop portfolio strategy.
• Provides technical support and knowledge services through the InTouch system.
• Familiar with SLB and division standards and procedures
• Familiar with the SLB Asset Care program
• Familiar with API standards for Coiled Tubing Operations, maintenance, and inspections of the equipment
• Familiar with products designed and tested to meet ATEX regulations for explosive atmosphere.
• Familiar with European Union directives, Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
• Experienced in mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Understands and interprets engineering drawings.
• Experience in engineering design calculations (flow, pressure, load, heat dissipation).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful implementation of the business strategy, responsibilities,services and deliverables
• Monitor programme reporting and assist the team in reporting to senior management and stakeholders
• Establish frameworks and standards for programme and project management manage and compile programme related financial and KPI information oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed
• Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the programme
• Planned track financial reporting whilst ensuring that the programme and projects adhere to the agreed budget
• Ensure cross-programme dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained
• Coordinate project closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged
• Build cohesion within the team and motivate team to produce quality work
• Define and embed project control and governance
• Provide Project planning, milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting
• Financial Management; change management across the project portfolio
• Prepare regular status reporting for the engagement leadership

Requirements:

• Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects
• Experience of managing the complete lifecycle of a project with teams of 5 to 25 people
• Experience of project management using AGILE methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projects
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies
• Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment
• Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management and resource planning
• Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project
• Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations.
• Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business
• Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions
• Experience of Programme and project level financial management
• Experience of defining and delivering benefits realisation for projects and programme
