Audax is seeking a Specialist, Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly with Relationship Sales, and possess technical skills in integration and configuration of the platform. This role will report to the Manager, Sales Enablement.

What you will be doing:

Dynamics 365 Configuration and Integration:

• Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and set up sales-specific insights within Dynamics to enhance sales processes.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Implement and optimize Power Automate and Flows to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics Copilot

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Relationship Sales)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, PowerApps, and Flows
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and its integration capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Good hands-on experience with Outlook integration and the use of Copilot in Dynamics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Based in Singapore, you will be part of the strategic layout of the company and manage the company’s legal portfolio, including:

• Identify any legal or regulatory issues concerning the business units and/or arising from the business activities, advise and provide commercial solutions to minimize legal risks and enable the management to make informed strategic decision within an acceptable risk.

• Draft, vet, review, negotiate and perfect various types of documents and contracts including master subscription agreements, data processing addenda, NDAs, payment agreements, financing, security and transaction documentation in support of overseas businesses.

• Monitor and ensure that all documents and contracts executed by the authorized signatories of the company are compliant with the current processes.

• Liaise and coordinate with company secretary, external solicitors and other third-party advisors on various legal, corporate and/or litigation matters.

• Responsible to enhance the corporate governance practices, revise the relevant guidelines and authority matrix to be in consistent with headquarters’ processes.

• Provide support in the event of any disputes or potential disputes and litigation matters.

• Responsible for establishment of the company’s compliance system, drafting of relevant policies.

• Actively contribute to cross-regional team projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidates we are looking for should be seasoned Legal Professionals with:

• Undergraduate LL.B. or postgraduate J.D. from a reputable university in Singapore, the UK, or a common law jurisdiction and valid practicing certificate in a common law jurisdiction.

• Admission to the bar in common law jurisdiction, preferably Singapore.

• Minimum 5 years in-house/banking experience, exposure in international trade is a must.

• Able to organize, prioritize, and manage large numbers of deadlines, in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving, and demanding industry and work environment.

• Highly responsive with a service-oriented attitude. Able to handle pressure and provide thoughtful recommendations.

The HR BPO Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of outsourced HR services to clients, ensuring that HR processes like payroll, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance are efficiently managed. This role requires strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of HR practices in Singapore, ensuring that services meet statutory requirements and client expectations. The HR BPO Executive will work closely with BPO team and clients to maintain high levels of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Management

- Process monthly payroll for clients, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, CPF contributions, income tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and other statutory submissions.

- Ensure payroll records are compliant with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other local regulatory bodies.

- Handle payroll queries from clients and employees, providing accurate and timely responses.

Recruitment Support

- Assist in managing outsourced recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and interviewing, as well as coordination.

- Ensure all recruitment processes are aligned with local employment regulations, including proper documentation for new hires.

Employee Benefits Administration

- Manage employee benefits processing, such as leave applications, medical claims, and insurance enrolment, ensuring all transactions adhere to client policies.

- Handle employee benefit queries from clients and employees.

HR Compliance & Data Management

- Ensure client compliance with local labour laws, including MOM regulations, Fair Consideration Framework (FCF), and Employment Act.

- Maintain accurate and updated employee records in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

- Support clients in the preparation of statutory reports and audits.

Client Support & Service Delivery

- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries related to HR processes, providing prompt and professional assistance.

- Work closely with the Management Team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into outsourced HR services.

Process Improvement & Technology Utilization

- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency using HR software systems.

- Support the implementation of new HR tools and systems for clients, providing training and ongoing support.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR outsourcing, with a focus on Singapore labor laws and regulations.

- Experience in managing payroll via HR systems is highly desirable.

- CEI certified preferred

We are looking for a KYC/CDD Analyst to work on a 1-year SoW Uplift project with an end-banking client.

Responsibilities

• Perform Client Due Diligence pertaining to the SoW corroporation uplight project
• Screen for Adverse Media, Sanctions, PEPs., etc. using various screening tools available
• Review details in beneficiary’s full name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, SoW, occupation
• Analysis of cases, promptly identifying and escalating anomalous or suspicious activities for prompt resolution and mitigation of risk

Requirements

• 5-6 years of KYC/SoW experience
• Communication and stakeholder management skills with front-to-back office teams

Senior Product Manager/Lead Game Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting creative ideas for game selection, brainstorming ideas for effective marketing materials
• Able to design the overall framework, core gameplay, game objectives, and plan on game eco systems for small games independently
• Responsible for project timeline, including organizing, supervising, and guiding the team's work, driving project development effectively, and providing timely updates to the Management
• Establish a vision and strategy for the development of high-quality games

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and above with minimum 4 years of experience in casual gaming products, and at least 2 year of experience in small game development, preferably with successful launched products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of game design principles, theory, models and tools
• Understand the market and target audiences for mobile social gaming
• Passionate about the gaming industry, with a focus on user experience, and deep knowledge and ideas on game design and marketing strategies
• Ability to speak and write in Chinese is a must as you will need to liaise with Chinese counterparties
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, have ability to work under pressure and enjoy challenges, while actively experimenting and exploring new ideas
