Product & Pre-Sales Manager, IT
Scope of responsibility
- New product evaluation, Product Line Management & introduction to Eminet’s portfolio
- Provide presales technical design/solutions to customers on Wireless, Network, IOT, Security, Cloud
- Develop detail technical design and impressive technical proposals for Wireless, Network, IOT, Security, Cloud
- Develop technical design and architecture to achieve resilient and cost-effective ICT solutions to win proposals or bids/tenders and achieve high customer satisfaction for the services rendered
- Create detail BOM, Network diagrams/architecture and multiple system interface and integration
- Perform site surveys, POC for customers whenever required
- Work with Principals and Partners to develop and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Present technical design/technology and lead customer engagements
- Responsible for developing and testing new capabilities for Wireless, Networking, IOT, Security, Cloud, and incorporate them into new products for sales
- Business development function partnering with new vendors, adopting technologies
- Product Line Management for Eminet as a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Pre-Sales Technical Consultant/Solution Consultant in Wireless, Network, IOT, Security, Cloud
- Have done and won multiple network, security, or cloud projects valued at S$300K and above as a pre-sales lead/solution architect
- Knowledge of wireless, routers, switches architecture
- Good technical knowledge of Huawei, Cisco, or Aruba, AWS, Azure products
- CCNA/HCIA/ACSA or AWS/Azure or cybersecurity certifications
- Good customer interaction, written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with all levels, and ability to work and contribute in a team or individually
- Attractive salary commensurate with experience. Able to start work with short notice.
