Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Technical Manager with over 5 years of relevant experience and Microsoft 365 (M365) certification. Responsible for leading a team, overseeing technical projects, driving innovation, and ensuring effective implementation and maintenance of M365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Guide and mentor technical professionals for team success.
· Plan, execute, and oversee projects within time, scope, and budget.
· Design, implement, and manage M365 solutions like SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, etc.
· Develop and execute technical strategies aligned with business goals for enhanced productivity.
· Provide expertise and escalation support for complex technical issues in M365.
· Manage vendor relationships for high-quality solutions and contractual obligations.
· Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance standards within M365.
· Create technical documentation and lead change management efforts.
· Manage project budgets and identify opportunities for process innovation.
· Encourage skill development among team members for industry best practices.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
· Microsoft 365 (M365) certification.
· Minimum 5 years' technical management experience, focusing on Microsoft technologies.
· Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
· Proven experience in technical project management and security practices within M365.
· Adaptability, familiarity with emerging technology trends, and cloud experience are advantageous.
