• Provide any required administrative support to ensure the Tender/RFP/RFQ proposals are submitted within the tender timeline and ensure compliance with the required mode of proposal submission
• Secure necessary approvals based on internal processes and meet tender submission deadlines by customers
• Participate in Tender/RFP/RFQ review meeting
• Follow-up on the status of Tender/RFP/RFQ
• Engage and interact with customers on Tender/RFP/RFQ clarifications
• Response to customer’s sales enquiries
• Attend to site/tender briefing and site survey if required
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and emails

• Min. 2 years of relevant experience with tender/bid life cycle

• Be an effective Technology Business Partner. working closely with business users to understand business needs and implement solutions.
• Hands on experience in configuring Success Factor modules (Employee Central, Payroll, PMGM, Time Management, LMS, etc) this includes configuration of Holiday calendars, Work Schedules, Substitutions, Absences for different categories of employees and policies for different locations.
• Ensure HR applications are compliant with internal business controls, statutory regulations & rules, information security and audit requirements.
• Effective in analysing and implementing SuccessFactors integration projects; defining iFlows, local & exception sub-process, value mapping artifacts.
• Analyse from a holistic perspective business needs, mutual interdependencies, risk and benefits to propose the best solution.
• Motivate, lead and guide team to HR best practices
• Support the delivery of initiatives primarily on technology capabilities for Human Capital/Resource.
• Assist in planning, managing and implementation of projects/tracks.

• Skills and Experience:
• Experience in handling SuccessFactors systems (including Employee Central, Data Integration, and Data Cleansing) and Concur is highly preferred.
• Experience in developing interfaces between SuccessFactors and 3rd party systems. Has worked on creation of integrations using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• Experienced in IT project management, developing, analysing and implementing technology solutions.
• 5 -8 years of experience supporting HR systems and team leader of small team to implement HR initiatives.
• Excellent knowledge in HR domain, with experience implementing and supporting HR applications.
• Strong communication and validation skills. Able to iterate through the requirements in phases, ensuring alignment with business sponsor, stakeholders, and management.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the service desk team
• Awareness of end user needs and changing requirements
• Command and control leadership – ability to understand the problem, analyse and account for incidents
• Manage the service delivery team to successful execution of daily production duties
• Lead technical discussions within the service desk team
• Escalate all production / non-production issues to the relevant teams and stakeholders

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree within a given technical field

• 7 – 10 years in a technical role with expertise in one or more of the following technical disciplines (networking, security, storage, servers)
• 5+ years of experience managing teams especially business service operational support
• Articulating high level business requirements to senior management
