Associate Manager, Global Demand Planning
What you’ll do?
- To be the Central Gatekeeper of Marketing Efficiency - work with Finance and Corporate Planning team on the company-wide budget planning and review process, monitor and evaluate the performance of key markets and marketing channels, and ensure overall marketing efficiency is achieved vs company targets
- To drive Company Mega-campaigns at a Global Scale - manage the global campaigns by working closely with key stakeholders (e.g. local marketing, brand and comms, platform team, supply vertical teams). Key responsibilities are ensuring project progress / spend / forecast is on track, timeline, performance reporting.
- To Enhance Communication and Collaboration across MKT teams - be the main point of contact for local marketing and central marketing teams, facilitate discussions on cross teams topics by running regular performance review meetings, and draw insights and actionable outcome from regular reporting
- To improve Process Efficiency and Control - to review the existing operational processes / procedures within the Demand BU, identify potential improvement areas, execute the proposed changes, monitor the results and gather learnings. (e.g. Marketing toolkit, admin portal)
- To drive and grow potential business opportunities - be accountable for overall project management, build out foundations for consumer projects (e.g. e-Gift Cards, buy-now-pay-later), evaluate pilot results / document learnings, scale up e.g. expand to other markets when opportunities arise.
What you’ll need?
- 4-6 years experience preferably in industries like tech startups, consulting or ecommerce (i.e. fast paced environment)
- Strong change management skills with track records of cross-departmental projects & ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders well.
- Experience in Marketing, and/or process design and optimisation is preferred
- Strong analytical skills. Excel proficiency is highly preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environments
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
- Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
- Bachelor's degree or above
