About the Job

The Logistics Department plays one of the most critical roles in managing part the assets in Cyrus. You will be joining a dynamic team managing and working closely with the Assistant Warehouse Manager to solve Logistics, warehouse operation issues, managing the inventory level and fulfil daily orders. You will also be required to implement new ideas to improve our logistics and warehouse operation processes.

Your key responsibilities cover the following 5 broad areas:

1) Receiving and Inspecting of Goods

• To verify the quantity of goods, inspect for damages and report discrepancies.
• To ensure proper handling and storage of goods.

2) Inventory Management

• To tidy and organise all inventory and maintain accurate records for accurate monitoring
• To conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.

3) Order fulfilment

• To retrieve and pack shipment orders according to delivery schedules, and coordinate with inter-departments for deliveries and pickups.

4) Warehouse Organization

• To ensure inventory are well organised and stored at stipulated locations so as to achieve and maintain warehouse 5S standard.

5) General Support

• To initiate and collaborate on work improvements projects to improve processes and work environment.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

· Secondary school, Higher Nitec, Diploma or 2years working experience in warehousing or environment.

· Basic understanding of Microsoft Office is required.

· Valid Forklift license is an added advantage.

· Knowledge of ERP/WMS system.

· Physical fitness to carry goods up to 25kg.

· Key attention to detail and monitoring of inventory quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex projects that have a substantial mix of electrical, mechanical, physics, algorithms and software design; attend design reviews and provide input to meet market requirement specifications (MRS) and hardware/software specifications. Ensure designs meet market requirement specifications (MRS). Coordinate with project marketing and management to understand system requirements. Be able to chair architecture brainstorming meetings and drive the systems process to down select to a final architecture of a top-level system.
• Participate in the design, development, and testing of radio-frequency components for semiconductor equipment, which includes high-power generators (up to 6 kW or more), matching networks, filters, or other tuning elements, with frequencies ranging from 300 kHz to 60 MHz.
• Write detailed specifications that cover all aspects of subsystem modules including interfaces to the product by using systems analysis to create a diagram. Create concepts for complex architectural design approaches. Lead team evaluations of architectures to provide recommendation for best system solution approach.
• Ability to fabricate or modify RF components to change their performance or enable access for instrumentation.
• Ability to instrument, characterize and troubleshoot RF sub-systems within larger semiconductor tool environment.
• Problem identification and troubleshooting a wide range of difficult, complex engineering problems in field of technical expertise, including serviceability and manufacturability.
• Support System Integration during the assembly and final testing of new product designs.
• Interface with other groups to workout design, systems architecture development and integration issues.
• Define all equipment interfaces and systems architecture and ensure they are up to date and documented.
• Work with vendors to develop design requirements and ensure delivery of parts that meet specifications.

Education Qualifications

• PhD/ Master/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Physics or related engineering field with a 1-3 years of relevant RF experience

Functional Knowledge

• Understand principles and operation of network analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meters, directional couplers, and other radio-frequency test equipment
• Knowledge of circuit theory and ability to develop analytical models of RF components
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
• Self-starting individual, proactive and resourceful

Applied's Joint Lab for Applied Process Equipment Accelerator (APEX) aims to develop materials and components for semiconductor equipment, as well as new processes that maximize resource efficiency and minimize material waste in manufacturing. These innovations are targeted for Industry of Things (IoT), Communications, Automotive, Power and Sensors (ICAPS) markets, which are strategic growth areas for Applied Materials. The joint lab will also enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore to support development of these solutions.

As a Program Manager, you will support APEX Strategy and Operations leadership and partner with the South East Asia Regional Office in Singapore to identify new growth opportunities in supplier development, build and manage partnerships with research performers and execute on key initiatives to realize this growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic programs to establish plans, milestones and priorities and ensure regular communications / updates to stakeholders. Anticipate risks and roadblocks, manage program prioritization, timelines, and balance business needs versus technical / operational constraints.
