Job/Group Overview:
The Group Infrastructure Services (GIS) department is responsible for the implementation, deployment and support of technology infrastructure services including private and public cloud, desktops, messaging and collaboration tools, voice communications, mobile, multimedia, data centers and networks across Nomura Group companies.
Within GIS, the Workspace Services team is looking for a Collaboration and Messaging Services technical support engineer who will provide Asia-wide coverage of a rich product set on behalf of our internal client base of over 25,000 people.
Reporting to the Singapore-based VP in charge of Collaboration and Messaging Services, this role includes detailed planning and execution of new product deployments, version upgrades, security enhancements and the decommission of obsolete components. Job Responsibilities

1. Product strategic planning:

a. Study market demand and customer feedback and formulate strategic plans for SaaS products.

b. Coordinate product development and release plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

2. User experience management:

a. Be familiar with user interfaces to ensure the product is easy to use and intuitive, and conduct product improvement for user experience.

b. Analyse user behavior and provide improvement suggestions to increase user satisfaction and retention rates.

3. Data analysis and monitoring:

a. Use internal and external Business Intelligence (BI) tools to monitor key performance indicators.

• Design and develop localization of Yonyou's ERP and cloud products;
• Design and develop customization of ERP system according to client’s requirements;
• Plan and manage developing man day and schedule;
• Solve ad hoc complex technical problems arising during project delivery. Document technical project documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and above in a computer science and related field;
• 2 years of work experience in JAVA development.

● Preferably familiar with SQL query and has experience in DBMS e.g. SQL Server, Oracle will have an advantage.
