Profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any IT/Computer Science Discipline or Management
• 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible leadership roles, ideally in a relevant industry
• Good exposure to Salesforce, E-Commerce and other solution related Technologies
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving results
• Minimum 6-7 years’ experience in a managerial role
• Strong experience in sales, business development, or client management roles
• Strong business acumen and influencing skills for business stakeholders
• Experience with Partner Management and Development
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skill and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organisation
• Strong organizational and ability to prioritize work to succeed under fast-paced environment
