What you’ll do:​

• Partner with non-technical stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, help confirm data metrics and build data frame by asking the right questions, document and prioritize requirements
• Design, write and support extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes of user tracking data (e.g. customer lifecycle, segmentation and migration), deliver insightful data findings for business success
• Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining
• Support gathering of additional data for ad-hoc analysis as needed
• Recommend different ways to constantly improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality

What you’ll need:

• BS/MS or higher degree in mathematics, computer science or other technical/quantitative discipline
• Proficient with database management and analytic tools and languages supporting data analysis and reporting - SQL, Python, R, and Excel
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau / Power BI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex data findings in a structured and clear manner to a non-technical audience
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business
