Job Purpose

ServiceNow Developer focuses on the technical and logistical deployment and maintenance of cloud-based solutions that meet client’s business needs – primarily developing ServiceNow modules and/or Web Services to exchange data between ServiceNow and other technology systems using software development best practices.

The ServiceNow Developer will receive directions from the ServiceNow Technical Lead or ServiceNow Technical Architect, and will also be responsible for requirement scoping, tool configuration, solution development and achieving technical milestones throughout the lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, ITAM modules within ServiceNow platform and integrations with external systems based on customer requirements.
• Implement considering ServiceNow best practices and standards.
• Design and develop extensions to ServiceNow data model in support of requirements towards AMDB and CMDB, SACM and other modules.
