Project Overview

SMART CAMP (Critical Analytics for Manufacturing Personalized-Medicine) is an interdisciplinary research programme in Singapore (CREATE international research campus and innovation hub) and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). SMART CAMP addresses key technology bottlenecks in cell therapy manufacturing: (i) critical quality attributes (CQA) of safe, effective cell therapy products; and (ii) integrated process analytics to monitor and modulate those attributes. Our efforts are focused on allogeneic and autologous cell therapy products, including but not limited to cell sources including adult stem/progenitor cells and immune cells for treatment of specific cancers, tissue degeneration, and autoimmune diseases.

The successful candidate will support interdisciplinary projects focused on translating candidate safety Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) to improve the safety of cell therapy products and patient safety. He/She will work under the supervision of postdoctoral associates in SMART CAMP, with mentorship by principal investigators in Singapore and MIT. • Follow up customer complaints by communicating with internal teams for containment actions, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Managing documentation control system, as well as audits (Internal/external).
• Ensure Customer environmental survey and other relevant requests are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
• Support QA/QC activities, assisting in projects when required & providing additional support when necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quality Management/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering/Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 1 year related working experience in manufacturing settings.
• Min 1 year of experience in Quality / Supplier Quality in a manufacturing environment working in a ISO regulated environment.
• Knowledge in ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Team player with good working attitude.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the algorithm research and development, delivery, and customer support for ZOLOZ, the overseas business of Ant Group's security technology.
• Design algorithmic solutions for security scenarios targeting overseas customers, including task breakdown and the development of algorithm modules.
• Closely collaborate with product and solution teams to develop industry-leading AI commercial products, achieving advanced levels in the industry and delivering these to overseas customers.
• Explore the transformative changes and enhanced security that multimodal large models can bring to identity verification.

Job Requirement

• Possesses extensive experience and a strong background in machine learning/artificial intelligence, with a solid academic foundation and research creativity. Priority is given to those with expertise in computer vision, risk control modeling (Graph, NLP), and multi-modal large models.
• Has practical experience in algorithm engineering, leading or participating in the industrial implementation of algorithmic products or projects. Proficient in relevant programming platforms such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, etc. Experience with large model implementations is preferred.
• Holds at least a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. A Ph.D. or publications in top-tier conferences/journals are preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate and drive cross-team or cross-departmental projects. Preference will be given to candidates with B2B commercialization experience or fluency in English.

Requirements:
