The role of the Resourcing Partner (RP), Technology & Operations (T&O) is to drive the delivery of the T&O Resourcing strategy for the lateral hiring across the function. As a Product Manager within the Commercial and Investment Banking (CIB) Payments Technology, Payments Product team, you’ll contribute to the product roadmap, end-to-end architecture and design for product testing capabilities used across the enterprise and hands-on review, design as needed of the technology products. You'll partner with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to continuously innovate, contribute to the product vision and the technology roadmap to correlate business strategy with technology outcomes. Job responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers

• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as a product owner and/or testing automation experience with large enterprise applications for comparable companies

• Formal training or certification on product management concepts and 5+ years of applied experience

• Experience in working in complex products in large global banks across multiple products and regions

• Balanced digital skills across Product, technology and digital skills

• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

• Hands-on practical experience driving product design and delivery through the SDLC life cycle from ideation through launch and support

• Previous experience with Agile software development (or related experience)

• Executive-level presentation skills (written, verbal)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Possess demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

• Possess Payments industry knowledge or related experience ex:- SWIFT ISO Standards, Local Clearing in Various APAC Markets

•Expert and “hands on” knowledge of AWS cloud and ideally good familiarity with another cloud provider (e.g. Azure / GCP).

•AWS Certified Solution Architect (Professional) certification preferred.

•Advanced python scripting skills preferred.

•Strong experience with security (cloud compliance, vulnerability management, patching, encryption, best practices etc).

Requirements
