The Hypervisor, Storage, and Backup Lead is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the client’s virtual infrastructure, storage systems, and data backup solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hypervisor Management:

a. Design, implement, and maintain virtual infrastructure using hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM).

b. Monitor and optimize virtual machine performance, resource allocation, and utilization.

c. Ensure high availability and reliability of the virtual infrastructure through proactive maintenance and monitoring.

d. Manage and resolve incidents and problems related to the virtual environment.

2. Storage Management:

a. Oversee the administration of storage systems, such as SAN and NAS.

b. Perform regular storage health/utilization checks and recommend optimization.

c. Ensure sufficient capacity for application/infrastructure needs across storage systems.

d. Manage and resolve incidents and problems related to the storage systems.

3. Backup Management:

a. Manage backup solution for client’s environment.

b. Monitor backup schedules, ensuring successful completion and addressing any failures.

c. Ensure compliance with data retention policies and regulations.

d. Manage and resolve incidents and problems related to the backup solution.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

a. Maintain documentation of virtual environments, storage configurations, and backup procedures.

b. Generate regular reports on system performance, capacity planning, and backup status.

c. Prepare Root Cause Analysis report for high severity incidents.

d. Escalate to vendor when necessary for incident resolution.

Our key requirement is the candidate had prior experience to operate (not limited to managing team/solution architect) at minimum the following:

2. Storage – HPE Storage (3Par) and SAN Switches

Job Descriptions:

• Competent in preventive and corrective maintenance of Fire Alarm and/or Building Automation System.

The primary responsibility of this role is to advance an industry-focused research project by developing and optimizing an LLM-based chatbot specifically designed for the hotel industry, delivering innovative solutions for guest interaction and data handling to meet industry standards and drive the organization’s technological edge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. LLM Chatbot Development and Optimization

• Design, develop, and maintain an advanced LLM-based chatbot utilizing a multi-agent approach, specifically tailored to the unique needs of the hotel industry.
• Implement solutions for effective data handling, conversation history tracking, and response adaptation to enhance the chatbot’s relevance, accuracy, and safety in real-time interactions.

2. Technical Support and Integration Assistance

• Provide hands-on technical support to collaborating partners, ensuring seamless integration of the chatbot into existing hotel systems.
• Respond to partner feedback by troubleshooting and implementing updates to continually improve chatbot functionality and user experience.

3. Collaboration on Innovative Research and Development

4. Project Coordination and Reporting

Job Description:

• You will be part of Storage Services team located across the Asia Pacific region. This team is the 1st level of Storage Engagement Services and is responsible for all storage related technology and project requests from line of business.
• This includes but not limited to initial scoping of requirements, deployment, data migration and provisioning.

What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

• Partner IT business stakeholders through a proactive and consultative approach in various strategic HR areas (onboarding, development, engagement, retention, disability inclusion), and collaborate with HR counterparts on the implementation of solutions and employee communication.

• Manage coverage of telephone and email service support to customers to provide technical support in a timely and effective manner for all products
