Responsibilities:

• To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act
• Ensure that the M&E works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications and the Building Control Act and Regulations
• Monitor and report on the progress of works
• Carry out inspection of M&E engineering works prior to concreting, subsequent construction work and defects rectification works

Requirements:

• Preferably with experience in the supervision of infra services laying, lighting & control systems.

Job Description

• This is a delivery cum support role, working on cloud (private and/or public) operations with the infrastructure delivery and support teams.

Main Purpose of the Job:

Function as the Executive Senior Project Manager in delivering professional PM services for large scale projects in the CRE and/or DC sector.
