The AV Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, data collection, coordinating maintenance and operation activities to ensure the optimal operation of autonomous vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Level 1 Troubleshooting and Technical Support:

• Provide on-site Level 1 troubleshooting support (when activated) and debugging for technical issues encountered. Work with Level 2 support to identify, diagnose, and resolve basic configurations concerns, or minor hardware malfunctions.

• Provides day-to-day hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting including contractor/ specialist management for all Instrument/QMI maintenance related matters.

What we need from you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Assistant Engineer position: Minimum NITEC Level 2 certification in Instrumentation or Electronics or Electrical

Role Description

The Principle Systems Engineer will engage with key stakeholders, including; solution architects, speciality engineers (Safety, Security, HF) and ATM subject matter experts to prepare and deliver requirement and design changes with reference to a defined system functional baseline to satisfy customer needs and project/bid cost targets.
