• Develop detailed plans, layouts, and specifications for mechanical systems in buildings.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed mechanical systems.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of ACMV, plumbing, water pipe, fire hydrant pipe and fire protection systems. Electrical systems shall includes LV/HV, transform switch bond, single line diagram and CCTV installation.
• Monitor the construction progress to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance to construction teams.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards in all mechanical design

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore;
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in electrical engineering related projects in Singapore building and construction industry;
• Possess strong Electrical knowledge with hands-on experiences;
• Strong Knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the product’s validation test plans and prepare the test schedule
• Ensure the availability of all test means (equipment & tools, test standards facilities) to achieve product’s conformance
• Manage and perform product’s validation in accordance with test plan to ensure that the products meet the requirements for the specified application or intended use
• Ensure on-time completion on all assigned product and system verification and validation according to test schedule
• To sustain & uphold the Quality Management System (QMS) which comply with the ISO/IEC 17025 and SAC-SINGLAS technical and management requirements
• Write clear and concise reports which address the business technical needs of requestors
• Keep track of equipment calibration and preventive maintenance due date

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in product verification and validation testing of industrial electromechanical and electronics products.
2. ISO/IEC 17025 knowledge or experience is an added advantage
3. Knowledge of FMEA, FTA, 6 Sigma concepts & problem-solving methodologies willbe an added advantage
4. Familiar with international test standards e.g., IEC, UL, CSA, Marine, etc.
5. Exposure to industrial electromechanical and electronics products testing

Job scope

• Assist in setting up of laundry operations
• Repair and service laundry tunnels, dryers and ironers
• Able to perform replacement of Air con compressors, CU and FCU
• Check on the air con servicing done by the team

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a project's development.
• Plan layout drawings and equipment size in compliance with project specifications.
• Manage the purchasing and costing of projects.
• Assure that the client's contract is followed regarding the project's budget and timeline.
• Install and activate the system and equipment onsite.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in mechanical engineering or related field.
• At least one year related working experience
• Proven track record managing equipment and system projects for powder processing is an added advantage
• Able to work in a team
