Responsibilities

• Design engineering structure according to technical requirements as defined by contract, class rules and specific standard within quality, time and cost given.
• Prepare and provide design calculation / BOM/ general arrangement / sectional drawings.
• Produce accurate assembly / detail drawings within an agreed time scale.
• Ensure drawing list are updated.
• Ensure production drawings and documents are completed and issued on time.
• Update and understand know-how on rules, class, authorities and etc.
• Prepare 3rd party approval submission documents.
• Investigate scope of re-work / modification brought forward by the Production.
• Able to use STAADPro is a must to perform design calculation.
• Perform engineering coordination /drafting (drawings) / checking as and when required.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Software knowledge in STAADPro is a must.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform process reviews, technical feasibility studies, process trend analysis and provide technical leadership for continuous plant operation

Requirements

• discipline with minimum 10 years of process engineering, plant operation support experience in Industrial Gas
• plants and/or in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical/ Refinery /Pharma and related plants
• Prior experience in a complex process plant, preferably in technical services and/or operation support role will be advantageous
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing the operation of process plants and/or good conceptual knowledge gained as part of EPC projects
• Knowledge of Industrial standards and applicable codes for process plants
• Strong team person with good problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing people at all levels of the organization
• Process modelling skills desirable; Financial and commercial awareness desirable
