Job Description:
Β· To coordinate and execute all QC procedures, documentations, and records.
Β· Checking that the assembly or production line comply to standards and procedures.
Β· To perform daily post-pour and pre-delivery inspections before delivery of components.
Β· Report non-conformance to Manager for immediate action.
Β· Collaborate with planner to develop daily, weekly and monthly delivery plans.
Β· Monitor subcontractors to ensure delivery is carried out as per scheduled.
Β· To arrange storage of product.
Β· Carry out monthly stock take as when required.
Β· Keep records of inspection and before/after repair of defect products.
Β· Arrange for testing of raw materials such as rebar, aggregate, cement and precision tools.
Β· To lead internal and external QA audits (ISO9001)
Β· Well versed in HDB, BCA, SCI requirements.
Β· To work with design team on technical issues and subcontractor on quality issues.
Β· Take initiative to resolve quality issues of delivered product as highlighted by clients.
Β· Coordinate closely with client representative such as RE, ARE and RTO.
Β· Engage with production team to deliver high quality works.
Β· Prepare a monthly analysis and report to management with recommendations for improvement and preventive measures.
Β· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
-min. Degree in Civil and/or Construction Engineering
- Able to read basic structural drawings.
- Keen eye for mistakes and detail oriented.
- Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience in the precast concrete field
- Experience in PPVC & PBU projects are added advantage.
- Good command in Microsoft office skills. (i.e. Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Possess strong leadership skill that is able to self-motivate and take initiative to troubleshoot production issues.
