JOB SUMMARY
The job position is located at our customer site and performed in 24x7 rotating shifts as planned.
Administration, support and maintain production system and ensure their high availability, service
level agreements and customer satisfaction.
Perform system integration related tasks, such as installation, testing, analyse and troubleshooting
to draw conclusions to the project team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Responsibilities:
 - Support Level 1 & Service tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction in maintenance and support

I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work

The position takes overall responsibility of project management for all aspects (contract, commercial and technical) of the projects assigned. The position works closely with Project Manager so as to complete and achieve the projects’ objectives/ metrics as planned.

Job Descriptions

a) Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) related project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals.
