The AV Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, data collection, coordinating maintenance and operation activities to ensure the optimal operation of autonomous vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Level 1 Troubleshooting and Technical Support:

• Provide on-site Level 1 troubleshooting support (when activated) and debugging for technical issues encountered. Work with Level 2 support to identify, diagnose, and resolve basic configurations concerns, or minor hardware malfunctions.
