IT Shared Services (ITSS) provide Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Application support services to business lines globally. The Infrastructure Engineer (Systems) role will engage primarily in Level 2 Systems infrastructure support as part of a larger Design, Build and Run function in the Systems and End User Computing stack in ITSS Support focus includes timely resolution of incidents, fulfillment of requests, and execution of changes. In a non-support function, the Infrastructure engineer can be called upon to participate in IT project-related activities.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Will be part of Global Technical Sales team led by Technical Sales Director

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering / Business or Equivalent.

• Proficient with process simulation and design software’s like PROII, HYSYS, Aspen Plus etc.
