Job Description:

· Provide timely management report to accurately reflect performance of the operations including in-depth analysis to ensure integrity of results across all product lines.

· Liaise with outlets to compile variance reports on the followings:

a. Physical stock count from outlet;

b. Minor Variables (Tasting, Free-Of-Charge (FOC), Spoilt) from outlet;

c. Purchase from invoices and

d. Sales data from Point-Of-Sales (POS).

· Provide daily, weekly and quarterly reports that track revenues and gross profit by customers and product categories.

· Prepare Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Report on members sign up, top spender, cash back, first visit, transaction and spending history reports.

· Update Mailchimp database, Advocado CRM and SevenRooms for guest experience and retention.

· Create open items for alcoholic beverages, if any to verify against POS and update price change.

· Prepare and update simplified month end Profit & Loss.

· Issue Raptor access card, update new payment mode, seating and menu arrangement as and when required.

· Provide timely and accurate respond to ad-hoc request as and when required by management.

· Interact with the marketing and other departments on the forecast, actual, budget and business metrics on sales, gross profit and other departmental expenses.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/ Accountancy/ Finance will be an advantage.

· Familiar with Raptor, Advocado and SevenRooms will be an advantage but not necessary.

· Fresh graduates and Mid-career individuals are welcome to apply.

· Highly motivated, creative and ability to work independently.

· Proficient in MS Office Application (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).

1. Develop and execute regional creative strategies aligned with the brand's vision.

2. Work alongside Creative Manager in developing all creatives.

3. Integrate brand messaging, aesthetics, and storytelling for Carlton Hotel Singapore.

6. Involved in brainstorming sessions for ideation.

Education and Work Experience

1. Diploma in the field of Photography and Cinematography or equivalent

2. At least 3 year relevant working experience

3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence

5. Experience with social media platforms, consumer engagement and strong awareness of the digital world.

Client Relationship Professionals are important members of today’s modern veterinary team. They work alongside veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses to create and maintain optimal client experience and good service, upholding the team ensuring client's expectations are met, and the wellbeing of the patients is paramount.

Here are some of the key duties for this role:

· Greet and welcome patients and clients as soon as they arrive at the clinic

· Attend to incoming enquiries and triage on patient's medical conditions on phone, Whatapp and email

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone, Whatsapp and email

· Manage and plan appointments according to client and patient's best interest

· Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism

· Assist with admissions/treatment as per protocols

· Receiving and verifying payments

· Liaising with courier services and laboratories to ensure that samples are delivered and collected on time

*Requirements:*

· Diploma and Degree holders are welcome

· Minimal 3 years of customer relations, customer service or hospitality experience

· Animal lover

· Good communication skills, fluent in spoken & written English

· Knowledge in animal health care or relevant working experience is an advantage. Training will be provided.
