Role Purpose

The Program Manager will spearhead key Data Quality initiatives, including customer-facing reports and training programs, ensuring seamless management from concept to execution. This role is pivotal in delivering actionable insights through high-quality reporting and driving knowledge sharing across teams via tailored training initiatives. By working closely with internal stakeholders and customers, the Program Manager will ensure that all deliverables align with Data Quality strategic goals, and contribute to long-term organizational success.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive sessions with senior stakeholders from diverse business teams and geographical locations to understand and break down business problems, bringing an understanding of technology, analytics methods, and operating model approaches.
• Shape vision of the final program, decompose its roadmap into manageable project/stages, write a program proposal to secure stakeholders endorsement, project funding, and resources. Responsible for program budget.
• Drive change management activities along with steering committees and Data Quality Council to achieve excellent use of data to drive decision-making and resolution of key issues.
• Lead end-to-end project management: Oversee projects from requirements definition through deployment, including developing schedules, defining scopes, estimating budgets, and creating implementation plans with risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage communications from multiple project managers to make program status visible to all stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in fundamental product features to achieve excellent use of data, including user community engagement and feedback loop.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external resources, including third-party vendors and researchers, to enhance project outcomes.
• Engage with the Data Quality Council and the Country Cross-Functional Data Quality teams to secure sponsorship, gain buy-in, seek guidance, and foster collaboration.
• Convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
• Understand customers' and key stakeholders' interests and concerns.
• Provide knowledge transfers, and technical guidance to RO/CO cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, and Master’s Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration, preferred.
• Education and/or certification in LEAN/First Choice Bronze, Six Sigma, preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering/Solutions Design/Consulting.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in at least one of the following: Project management and implementation, operations management, or organization design and implementation, required.
• Experience in regional or global roles preferred.

Copywriter & Community Manager

As a Copywriter & Community Manager within a creative social media team,  your main focus is on undertaking social media copywriting and growing and managing communities across social channels while ensuring the client’s brand and tone of voice remain consistent. In addition to day-to-day community management and conversations, you’re expected to gather and present social media trends, help translate them into actionable insights and support with implementing local social media strategies based on those.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced creative environment while helping to constantly evolve the local market’s social media copy and community engagement strategies and support with improving efficiencies.

Role:

Social media copywriting

• Develop and deliver engaging, on-brand copy for social media and global community interactions, including drafting captions, assisting in supers, miscellaneous wordsmithing, etc., while adhering to SEO best practices and character limits.
• Manage quality control and tone of voice through excellent copywriting skills.
• Portray deep knowledge of social audiences, platforms, and their specific formats, and how to properly leverage them to create attention-worthy content.
• Bring alive the social media content and strategy developed by the client and the team.

Community Management

• Act as the lead for global community engagement and content across all social media channels, while proactively seeking out and implementing new and innovative ways to engage and grow our online community presence across various digital platforms.
• Portray deep knowledge of social audiences and platforms and how to leverage them to create attention-worthy content properly.
• Build a daily community engagement plan that sparks a social conversation between communities.
• Work with data and insights derived from the social pages and use the data to create reports to share with the broader team in making data-driven decisions.
• Spot trends and provide insights from conversations with audiences and consumers.
• Mine daily sentiment and conversations to proactively identify opportunities for new ideas and to provide feedback on active campaigns.
• Funnel insights and feedback to internal teams and stakeholders to foster data-driven decision-making.
• Lean into community management in a proactive, fun, and engaging way while being prepared to escalate any reputational issues as and when required.

You:

• 4+ years experience working in community management and content writing/creative copywriting capacity. 
• Knowledge of local context and culture is a must.
• Attuned with diverse online communities across entertainment, internet and pop culture industries and always plugged into a variety of communities and groups, both global and local.
• Thorough understanding of social media platforms, trends and online communities.
• Experienced with sourcing and managing video, image and audio assets, and comfortable securing the required rights and permissions.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
