Client Relationship Professionals are important members of today’s modern veterinary team. They work alongside veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses to create and maintain optimal client experience and good service, upholding the team ensuring client's expectations are met, and the wellbeing of the patients is paramount.

Here are some of the key duties for this role:

· Greet and welcome patients and clients as soon as they arrive at the clinic

· Attend to incoming enquiries and triage on patient's medical conditions on phone, Whatapp and email

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone, Whatsapp and email

· Manage and plan appointments according to client and patient's best interest

· Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism

· Assist with admissions/treatment as per protocols

· Receiving and verifying payments

· Liaising with courier services and laboratories to ensure that samples are delivered and collected on time

Primary Responsibilities

Banquet Operation

· Take charge of banquet event operation

· Conduct departmental daily briefings to ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members.

- Attend pre-function meeting with Event Organisers, disseminate information and changes to colleagues and relevant departments.

- Ensure setup is in accordance to guests’ requirement based on Banquet Event Order or Change Log

- Communicate regularly to all team members regarding guest feedbacks, satisfaction and dissatisfaction received

- Ensure that team members with direct guest contact possess good product knowledge

- Enforce and uphold high standards in hygiene and keep track of banquet service equipment to ensure par level for smooth operations

- Check and ensure that all operating supplies are well stocked and sufficient to run operation

- Plan the manning allocation/work assignment per Banquet event

- Implement appropriate and effective measures to keep costs and expenses within budget

- Supervise the maintenance of service standards during banquet service operations

- Engage and obtain guests’ feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction

- Handle guests’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently

Team Management

· Interview, select and recruit F&B and banquet employees

· Ensure that new hire induction and required trainings are completed within three months of employment

· Provide training to team members and casual labour on all aspects of banquet operations according to the requirements in the department’s Standards

· Observe, coach, motivate and counsel team, performs staff appraisals/disciplinary actions if required

· Maintain department communication logbook and update notice board.

Other Responsibilities

· Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features

· Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

· Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management

· Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times

· Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

This is a role in the in-house client-dedicated Team in Keywords Singapore.  The Lead LPM role will support the client’s Localisation team and will work closely with the client’s tools, processes and personnel.

A Front Desk Assistant Manager with Conrad Hotels and Resorts supervises the activities at the hotel front desk, responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks, including check-in/check-out, guest requests, concierge services and promotion of in-house activities.

What will I be doing?

As a Front Desk Assistant Manager, you will oversee the front office activities between the Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. • Collaborate with Asia Regional Clinical, Hospital, and Platform portfolio teams to ensure coherent and integrated visions and marketing strategies and tactics for Asia.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Regional, and Market partners to build localized product launch strategies and plans for the Intraoperative Digital Product Portfolio in Asia.
• Ensure consistent planning process regionally with authentic product positioning, value messaging, and local commercial execution. Conduct post-launch analysis with Market teams to track execution effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to achieve goals.
• Identify, establish, and promote best practices to improve sales and marketing competencies for the Digital Product Portfolio across the Region.
• Identify gaps in marketing toolkits for the Asia region and drive development or customization of new Digital Product Portfolio collateral and tools where necessary.
• Collect feedback from tradeshows, market research, customer interviews, focus groups, and KOL case observations related to the Digital Product Portfolio. Generate regionally specific insights for existing (post-market) and upcoming (pre-market) Digital products in the pipeline.
• Develop in-Market or in-Region business justification for the launch of new Digital products.
• Develop productive relationships with Regional KOLs and leverage them in their respective Markets and internationally to showcase our Intraoperative Digital Product Portfolio.
• Support Global Product Management to help address product quality issues and help manage EOL plans as they arise.
