Job Responsibilities

• Design internal audit procedures and work programs suitable to the business processes of individual job assignments.
• Evaluate and provide reasonable assurance that risk management, control and governance systems are functioning as intended to enable the organization’s objectives and goals to be met.
• Report identified risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies to the relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations for improving the organization’s operations, in terms of efficient and effective performance.
• Maintain open communication with various stakeholders as well as within the team, to clearly present issues and effectively bring across key points of a discussion.
• Contribute to internal department initiatives and other internal projects, as requested.
• Provide coaching to junior members of the team to help provide guidance and supervision.
• Support the Internal Audit Manager in the management of the team engagement during fieldwork to ensure that the team tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide assurance of the governance conditions of the areas audited to help prevent recurring audit issues from occurring.
• Timely submission of work for review and assessment by the team managers.
• Timely escalation of audit issues noted that is value adding to the business.
• Execution of audit procedures that will effectively assess/detect the operating control environment in reaction to the situation noted during the audit fieldwork.

Requirements

• Good grasp of International Financial Reporting Standards
• Good understanding of Controls and Risks
• Audit experience in International Accounting Firms
• Accounting and audit knowledge
• Competent in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of SAP and Team-Mate systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude with ability to work well in a team
• Independent and able to adapt well to different work environments
• Willing to travel for long periods for each audit assignment.
• Ability to work under tight timelines to complete the relevant tasks required for each individual job assignment.

Customer Support

• Lead and inspire the customer support team to deliver best-in-class post-sales support.

Administrative Support

• Assist the director in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee Singapore entity GST submission, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage corporate income tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.

Financial Oversight

• Work closely with the accounting team to manage financial transactions and reporting.
• Coordinate banking activities and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Ensure timely and successful completion of internal and external audits.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial processes.

Logistics and Sales Operational Support

• Collaborate with global logistics teams to optimize supply chain operations for APAC.
• Support Director in forecasting in a timely fashion to support strategic planning. 
• Manage the overall Singapore entity GST submission, Corporate Income Tax returns as well as internal and external audits in a timely fashion.
• Relationship building with corporate bank and support commercial director in relevant banking activities and proper documentations as and when required.
• Arrange banking and boardroom documents sign off as well as keep record of all the correspondence and documentation pertaining to the Singapore corporate entity.
• Build policies on distributors and customers credit limits and payment terms in compliance with company policies.
• Oversee monthly accounts closing and financial reporting, invoice payments to internal and external parties as well as accrual postings.

The Opportunity

We, at Flywire, are seeking a Client Success Manager, Travel who will work with the Travel sales team and management in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase growth of client base, improve client retention, upsell to increase revenue, find opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely issue resolution and assure clients utilize the Flywire International Payment Solution.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships and communication within key business client accounts
• Creating the ideal strategy for each business client to maximize money moved and increasing revenue through up-selling
• Providing clients with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms through a quarterly/bi-annual business review
• Working with existing business team to build out standard methodologies for client on-boarding
• Strategic Consultation- Become a payment expert for our merchants, delivering expertise, education, leadership and guidance to merchants on their global payments strategy.
• Provide a feedback loop for The Client, by gathering merchant’s feedback, evaluating the evolution of merchant needs, and communicating these to product and management personnel.
• Developing and maintaining a current knowledge and understanding of all services provided by the company and maintaining, at all times, a professional and ethical relationship with clients when representing the company
• Execution and results oriented- A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.

• To be responsible for overall project management in ensuring the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are met
• To support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
• To identify and ensure that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues
• To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project
• To manage the implementation of the master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedules
• Responsible for the project planning, including producing the detailed project plan
• To lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team
• To manage the change control process
• To monitor and advise upon project finances
• To manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
• To prepare master programme, formal project progress and other reports
• To take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
• To identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and reporting such opportunities to the appropriate line manager
• To ensure that key information and learning generated from each project is input into the Turner & Townsend internal database
• To ensure prompt client invoicing and utilising of internal accounting systems in order to monitor a project’s financial status
