RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the annual performance and rewards cycle including performance appraisals, salary increments, promotions and bonus payments
• Support the review and development of rewards framework and practices (e.g. compensation and benefits benchmarking, salary structure review)
• Manage the implementation of employee benefits programmes (e.g. annual group insurance renewals)
• Provide data support for rewards related exercises and projects (e.g. annual budgeting exercise and ad-hoc cost projections)
• Apply data analytics to provide periodical reporting on HR Dashboard

The Restaurant Manager of Butcher’s Block is responsible to support the Restaurant General Manager for supervising the overall operations and service standards of the outlet to meet and exceed guest’s dining experience expectations.
