Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in Cloud Infrastructure and AI environments.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure Deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and the associated SDLC process.

What’s the role?

Job Description:

As a WFH Recruitment Manager at Kairos Global Search, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the business. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while focusing on acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the recruitment industry. Your primary goal will be to generate business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships with clients.. There will be training provided!

Key Responsibilities:

• Get involved in business development such as to identify and target potential clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
• Overseeing the end-to-end hiring and recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and role requirements.

Requirements:
