• At least 10 years of working experience in Building & Construction in HDB (BTO) project
• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities :-

• Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees
• Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing
• Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
• Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses
• Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
• Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
• Report on financial performance, inventory, and personnel

Requirements :-

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality.
• Minimum 3 years of F&B or Retail service industry experience required.
• Knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operating costs in accordance with budgets.
• Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Salary will commensurate based on position. Junior applicants will be considered as Shift Supervisor.

Responsible for supervision of all site work in cooperation with Project Managers;

· Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations, including site progress, quality, safety, and project cost monitoring;

· Assist to review and develop project schedule with Project Planner for the project detailed construction plan and ensure it complies with customer specifications, engineering deliverables and meet delivery dates;

· Identify any deviations from the agreed scope or premises of the project, assess the impact and ensure remedial action during the construction planning and execution;

· Prepare weekly progress reports inputs and other deliverables of project as required by Project Managers;

· Ensure project quality plan is carried out and in line with audit requirements;

· Assist Project Manager to organise weekly toolbox meeting and housekeeping, respective site operational meetings on related project matters. Engineering or related discipline;

· Minimum 5 years relevant local experience in MEP services, E&M systems, Architectural works and Civil and Structural works, preferably in construction industry;

· Able to lead teams and manage effectively;
