Essential requirements for the role are:

• A degree level or higher qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum CAP or GPA 4/5 or equivalent). We welcome applications from candidates with a diverse range of specialisms, including but not limited to; biology, chemistry, pharmacy and medicine
• Exceptional written and spoken fluency in Korean (equivalent to native Korean language skills) and English in order to deliver client work across Asia, with a focus on Korea
• An ability to communicate scientific materials clearly in both written and oral form
• An excellent understanding of and ability to apply scientific concepts
• A close attention to detail
• An aptitude for and experience of scientific writing which could include dissertations, research summaries, lab reports, poster or oral presentations, peer-reviewed scientific publications, book chapters, grant applications, regulatory documents, and articles for websites or student magazines
• A competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• An exceptional level of organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage your time and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in this sector, including in the Korean healthcare system, is highly desirable. You should have a genuine interest in healthcare and an eagerness to learn about new areas of clinical science

The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process includes a written assessment for you to complete in your own time. If successful, you will be invited to an interview which will include a short presentation you can prepare for in advance. Our standard recruitment process lasts around 1 month however, this is adapted if necessary.

We are currently recruiting for start dates throughout 2024 and 2025. Additional start dates may also be available and you will be asked to state your availability on your application form. However, please note that whilst we try to accommodate preferred start dates, this ultimately depends on the team's resources and needs.

SENIOR CONSULTANT (with MS Project exposure)

• Support Programme Governance and ensure deliverables are completed promptly and as per scope using varied project delivery methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid)
• Have a consulting mindset and are able to contribute to developing frameworks & methodologies.
• Perform quality assurance to oversee the quality of Programme deliverables throughout the delivery lifecycle. This will facilitate adherence to standards and processes through Quality gates/SDLC governance.
• Proactively take ownership of own activities with minimal supervision and flexible in managing ad-hoc workload as required.
• Attend and manage meetings by preparing invites and decks, consolidating agenda items, creating & circulating minutes, and following up on action items in a timely manner.
• Able to facilitate/lead a discussion with Project stakeholders and drive specific agenda items/discussions
