• Understand the IT management, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes and system are designed to comply with these policies.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related fields.
• Prior experience of at least 4 years in IT business analysis/developer, designing application solutions, and testing, or related.
• Experience in cloud (Related certification will be an added advantage).
• Prior experience in programming (Java, Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, etc.) is advantageous.
• Experience with low code platforms, cloud, design thinking and service design.
• Experience in C3 (Command, Control, Communication), Business Continuity Planning/ System, or Crisis/ Incident Management System will be an added advantage.
