Position Overview:

An opportunity to join a growing team, primarily working on the day to day inventory management and logistics of physical metals alongside assisting with the growth and development of the firms processes and procedures.

Day to Day

• Management of physical metals inventory
• Working closely with Investment team on new physical purchase and sale contracts
• Checking documentation related to physical metal contracts
• Preparation and review of contracts
• Providing inventory reporting and updates to the Investment team
• Maintaining documentation relating to physical contracts and inventory
• Arranging inspections of inventory
• Arranging logistics for movement of metal globally
• Assisting with the onboarding of new trading counterparties

What we are looking for

• 2+ years in physical metals commercial operations and logistics
• Understanding of physical metals
• Preferably a good understanding of LME and CME
• Demonstrate proficiency in all calculations used to support any products in your asset class coverage.
• Understand the importance of our team concept. Establish long-lasting organizational relationships that will foster a productive work environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communication skills.
• Working on system and process improvements, and new business initiatives
• Understand the relevant technology and applications that are required to excel in the role.

Summary / Purpose of Position:

Provide technical support across the company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities for this Position

· Setup, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot third party software packages to support trading and development.

· Setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, phone systems, and cameras.

· Maintain existing office infrastructure and design, plan, and implement improvements based on evolving needs on the business.

· Select and liaise with vendors for various office related projects.

· Update and maintain hardware and software inventory.

· Able to provide support off hours or perform ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Required

· Diploma in an IT related field.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an IT support specialist.

· Ability to provide technical support and resolve queries in a timely manner.

· Strong network troubleshooting and tech support skills.

· Clear communication skills in English.

We are hiring for IT Security Engineers

Responsibilities：

• Provide Level 1 Support security developments (such as evolving threats, new or enhanced security controls or changes to the technical infrastructure)
• Be responsible for strengthening Customer’s cyber security posture against cyber threats through vulnerability management, incident response and analysis, threat hunting and security operations.
• Manage Customer’s Cyber security operation and manage the reporting and handling of cyber security incidents.
• Perform Vulnerability Management.
• Perform daily checks on the Endpoint Detection Response/Database Activity Monitoring dashboard for any abnormalities.
• Provide supporting documents for audits
• Perform Monthly Vulnerability Assessment, Quarterly Vulnerability Assessment for servers and network equipment.
• Work with application and infrastructure team to to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements;

• Diploma/degree in computer studies
• 2 years of experience working in a security operations, incident response, vulnerability management or related field.
• Fresh graduates with IT Security knowledge are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated experience in network security, server security, endpoint security, web security etc.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Experience with log analysis, malware analysis, and network traffic analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and respond to security incidents, analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
• Experience in IT security/support operations with willingness to learn above mentioned tools are encouraged to apply.

• Willing to work in rotational shift environment (including weekends and night shift).
