Mon to Fri Office Hours/ Back end sales support/ service sales

Min 2 yrs experience in Backend Sales Admin and familiar on IT network devices like Network Switches, Wireless Access Point, CCTV products range will be the ideal candidate for this role.

Jobscope:

· Develop, build, maintain rapport and relationships with Channel Partners & Principal Vendors

· Drive, position, develop and deliver new Business Opportunities for the Product Line(s)

· Work with Sales & Marketing to promote Products & Services Sales

· Prepare Sales Proposals and handle Product Sales Enquiries

· Plan and execute Sales Plan to achieve Sales Quota

· Achieve set targeted Sales Objectives

Our Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business / IT or equivalent

· At least 2 years of experience in product or services sales

Job Description:

• Provide centralisation and related services for the official passports. This includes assisting employees with the withdrawal and return of the passports, safekeep and perform regular stocktake of the passports, as well as tracking of expiry dates.
• Operate the mail despatch services. This includes performing the administration actions required to receive incoming and outgoing mails, as well as ensure safe storage and tracking of the physical mails.
• Drive process improvements and system efficiency enhancements
• Develop methods to input, maintain and extract data from software.

Skills & Experience Needed:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to coordinate the delivery of network and hosting infrastructure equipment to data centers and other facilities. This role involves working closely with vendors, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, supporting server infrastructure deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee equipment or services deliveries to data centers, warehouses, and other sites.
• Coordinate ordering and procurement with internal teams, ensuring timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

Working Conditions:

• Occasional evening or weekend work to coordinate deliveries or handle urgent requests

You will be expected to manage audit engagements relating to IT audit. You will work closely with the audit team and manager to execute the audit plan and ensure the timely completion of the audit engagement. You will also work closely with clients and manage their expectations to further nurture on-going client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the daily activities of IT audit and risk assessment for a variety of engagements.
• Review the design and effectiveness of IT general controls, IT applications and other security audit supporting the client’s business and operations.
• Prepare proposal by evaluating complex technology of the clients’ internal controls and business risks by performing IT audit, developing the audit scope and procedures, recommending improvements and preparing audit reports.
• Carry out third-party assurance engagements in the areas of IT controls.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Managers/Partners.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Accountancy.
• Candidates with CISA/CISSP/ACCA/CPA qualification will be an added plus.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in IT audit/internal audit, from an international accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of complex business and IT processes and information security frameworks.
• Good technical skills, logical and analytical thinking.
• Good attitude, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team (team player).
