Main Purpose:

Ensure the seamless and efficient operation of IT functions across Apex Singapore and Hong Kong, with a specific emphasis on managing and optimizing Salesforce applications, general IT systems, and support services. This role involves overseeing the maintenance, security, and performance of IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure to enhance organizational productivity and enable informed decision-making through timely and accurate business report generation.

The Salesforce Administrator - IT Operations Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and end-users to address IT needs, implement technological advancements, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Roles and Responsibilities

Salesforce Administrator:

1. Manage and enhance the existing Salesforce application, including troubleshooting and reviewing functionalities.

General IT:

1. Oversee and maintain all IT systems, covering hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Requirements:

1. Possession of at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
3. Demonstrated experience in an IT Manager role or a comparable position, preferably within a multi-location retail setting.
4. Proficient in computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
5. Familiarity with NOVA POS systems is advantageous.
6. Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude, efficiently handling technical challenges.

• Maintaining and supporting all IT hardware and software matters
